Sevenoaks Ave - New build on odd shaped block.

Sevenoaks Ave - We were able to create an alfresco dining experience by extending the living space onto the deck, giving the feel of a large open expanse.

Sevenoaks Ave - The already spacious bedrooms were made to feel larger by including large windows admitting natural light.

Sevenoaks Ave - We were able to combine the kitchen, dining and lounge into a single great room giving a modern, contemporary and spacious feeling.
